Always reliable knitwear

This wasn't my first order from Parkhurst, I've bought a few things over the years. This time I picked up a v-neck sweater. Just like my previous purchases, the quality was consistent. It feels good, drapes well, and held up after washing. Shipping was pretty standard, took 6 days to get to my place in Calgary. They're a solid choice for knitwear, that's why I keep coming back.

Okay sweater, some delivery issues

I bought a heritage collection knit from their site recently. The sweater itself is quite nice, good weight and the stitching looks sturdy. It feels like it will last. However, the delivery took longer than expected, almost two weeks to reach my address in Vancouver. The tracking information wasn't updated for a few days, which was a bit frustrating. When it finally arrived, the packaging was a little squashed, but the sweater inside was fine. Good product, but they could improve on the shipping side of things.

Good quality, but shipping was a bit slow

I ordered the pointelle knit sweater and a pair of fingerless gloves. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I appreciated the detailed product descriptions and sizing charts. The sweater arrived and the quality of the knit is excellent, very soft and comfortable. The fingerless gloves were also well-made and fit perfectly. My only minor issue was the shipping time; it took about 8 business days to arrive in Montreal, which felt a little long compared to some other online stores I use. Everything was packaged well, though, and customer service was quick to respond to an email about tracking. Overall, very satisfied with the items themselves.

Nice cotton beret

I got a cotton beret from Parkhurst Canada, and it's pretty nice. It came in about a week, which was fine. The beret fits well and the color was just like the picture online. No complaints here, I'd probably buy from them again.
